The clerks at the Willis Texas post office are some of the friendliest most helpful people in the business.

Paid for 2 day service on the 23rd and it still has not left NJ.

I mailed 4 packages on 1/20/2021. Two were in USPS box and two were in a brown box. The two brown boxes were delivered 1/25/2021. The two USPS boxes still have not been delivered A WEEK LATER. Can someone explain this?

The worst experience anybody can give the information about my package. It is in transit from January 19.... I did pay for 3 day delivery January 14... I want found my package and sent back to me....

My package has not been delivered to the final destination since December 1st. I keep tracking everyday still in transit.

Horrible service - mailed package on Jan 9 - from Murfreesboro TN going to St Louis, MO 63131 - IT HASN’T BEEN DELIVERED YET - here is the tracking number 9500 1100 0627 1009 2353 13 - the address it is going to is 2554 Oak Springs Lane

My certified letter was mailed on Thursday Jan 21,2021 to be delivered the next town oven and it is still in transit 6 days later according to USPS.

it took over a month to get the package

Mail has been okay but packages have been extremely late in delivery some damages due to rough handling the biggest issue is lack of communication to the public about USPS and how they are handling issues of illnesses loss of employees due to Covid, utilizing other companies to assist with delivery and mail centers being backed up how they will clear up the delays in the mail sorting centers, are they hiring temps to assist with the backups sorting delivery and cover routes. This information would go along ways to help everyone understand, calm down, and maybe even put in applications for part time temp positions.

In the last several months these people have delayed my packages past way past the delivery date 5 times. I ordered a package off of e bay and its now 18 days later than it was supposed to show up. Usps is inept to do there job and on top of all the election ballot fraud they can't even deliver packages on time. They just need to shut them down and remake the whole system. Get rid of the people who can't do these job worth a crap.

They said it's delivered and it's not and the map of where it was delivered to is a field!!!!

Quick, convenient and necessary system.

Have had 2 packages that have been sent to me that didn't show up as stated. I sent a package through usps that was Guaranteed for next day delivery that never made it till the fourth day. This is unacceptable service.
