Slow, bad customer service.

Packages never on time have had several actually list.

Absolutely pathetic that I paid 44.00 to send a package 1.7.21 from Tx to VA and it still Has not arrived. Sat 10 days in a TX post office and didn't move. Really? And they wonder why we dislike to use US post office. Get in the game. I'm done. FedEx and UPS will be my choice.

Send 4 boxes 3 got there still waiting for the 4th one to be delivered.

My postal stuff still haven't got to me it got mailed on the 1st of Jan and I still haven't got it yet today is the 25th of jan

Went in to get my Passport. Everything went very smooth and quickly! Clerk 08 was a tremendous help with everything! Great job!

Dropped my daughter birthday present off on Tuesday and it has not left the regional center in Richmond. Sooo disappointed

I don't know why anyone ever uses the United States Post Office I must be crazy. There hasn't been a priority package get there on time in years. You should take this off because if you get a good review as an employee

On January 11,2012 I sent a package from westland to DC and it clearly said expected delivery date is Thu 01/14/2021. How comes the package was delivered on 01/19/2021? I paid this chunk of money for what? I need my refund cz you guys failed to delivery as promised.

This is the worst excuse for priority shipping...we pay priority prices and it is not delivered for weeks..not days. But weeks.why can't we get our money back ?

Delivery always late. It's pitch black out now. Bad customer service

I am very disappointed. I understand that we are in a pandemic but I have not received my package and it is in my city. The postal person attempted according to my tracking number but did not leave an option to pick up at the post office which I could have done. I instead they rescheduled another delivery date. Disappointed customer.

I paid extra to have a special delivery made to TX. Important papers that needed to get there and back in a hurry. Just spoke to recipient and she still has or received the package. I tracked the package and 6 days after I mailed it, it is in terra holt Indiana! AND I PAID EXTRA FOR THIS!!!!!!!

Great service. Friendly postal workers. Delivered in timely manner.

Sent a priority mail envelope on 1-15-21. Was supposed to be delivered on 1-20-21. Made it to Cleveland on 1-16-21. Still sitting in Cleveland on 1-25-21!!!! This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
