This package was mailed in mechanicsville dec 5 and the tracking says it’s in transit , however it has never left mechanicsville It’s gas not moved since I sent it . Not very happy about this and if I could have given 0 stars I would

This traditional method of communication is wonderful, cost effective, and a down right romantic way to send messages!

The United States Post Office is AWSOME. their rates are affordable. I tried to send a pair of glasses to Alaska airforce base in a small box with UPS and they were charging $42 bucks and USPS only charged $10.00. Overall USPS are great and their Employees are phenomenal you all are doing a great job. Stay safe and God Bless America

I was not happy with delivery. It was sent priority mail I’m expecting delivery was the next day yet it took six days to get there I could’ve sent it regular mail and save money.

You pay extra for your pkg to get some where at particular time but for some reason it’s always 3-4 days later then what you are told and also what the receipt says! And that’s even when it’s not snowing!

have tracked a couple of packages lately. frankly, you would be better off without the consumer facing part. i get messages about being "in transit" and "special permission for pickup, etc". 9 messages in the last 5 days, but still no idea where the late package is. the web map stops one step after leaving my 45140 post office.

On December 21 I mailed a package for Christmas to go 40 miles away. I assumed it would be late 'due to covid' BUT it is now January 25 and all I get when tracking is that it's at the Philadelphia Distribution Facility.... since December 27!!! Now I am just receiving mail of bills that were due early January. Payments I mailed 3-4 weeks ago have not been received and processed. If people retire within the postal system, replace them. If there is too much to handle, hire people, If departments out with Covid, hire part-time people. Help the economy and keep the postal system operating. FRUSTRATED

I have been waiting for package since December 3 2020. Post office has been extremely poor since machines were removed from P.O. You need to remove the ceo who did that and restore to a better and more reliable service
