Package with right address. Going back not deliver.

My package has been stuck at Elk Groove village distribution center in Illinois for almost a month now.

Every time I put a tracking number in seems to tell me what I need to know

USPS is the sorriest and worthless organization in the USA.

In transit doesn't tell me anything, arrival date, which facility it is headed to..just about useless

Where is it? Tracking number joke.

This post office is always helpful and lines move quickly on days when there is a line.

Sent perishable item to New York from ct My perishable item was sent to Florida So my sugar free items I sent to my 85 year old mother in-law Who’s a diabetic will have to dispose of items when they arrive This happens to my FIVE PERISHABLE ITEMS I SENT OVER THE HOLIDAYS! They get a ZERO!

I worked at the Post Office for many years and I never heard of accountable mail (certified with return receipt)being delayed for the period of time this letter has. I mailed it on 12-08-2020.tracking says it arrived in Washington DC on 12-14-2020. What is the problem? I would like a response.This letter contained checks to the Alzheimers Association and was supposed to have funds matched if received by the end of December. People who donated in memory of my husband(deceased) are wondering why their check hasn't cleared. I'm hoping they don't have the check stopped. It's not a wonder the post office is losing business! I walked in on Friday 22nd, was provided fast and advantageous service. Clerk #4, she was extremely patient and helpful getting my package sent to my bff.

I've been waiting on my package sense November 1 2020. And i still haven't seen anything yet. Wtf.
