Document sent to Jamaica from February23 ,2024.for pickup February 29 .until today March 17 document still not reach it's destination . I will never used them again. FedEx deliver in 3days for $20 dollars more

It usually gets there in time. But I mailed something on Tuesday, was supposed to be there on Thursday, it just got to the post office there today. It used to be a great thing but I guess these days nobody cares about anything.

How long does a package sit at Jamaica international inbound customs it's been since March 1st it's now March 17th anyone been on my situation ot is coming from great Britain it says and I live in n NY.

Very disappointed in this service I paid for a package too be sent in two days I took this package to the post office on March 5th and didn't make it to its destination till march16th what's the sense of paying for something and get the same results I could have mailed it the regular way but there was some very time sensitive information in this package and I hope it wasn't damaged I don't know what's going on UPS services it's not fair that the customer get the short end of the stick when we pay for these services we trust that our packages or in good hands I'm really starting to question if I can trust UPS.

Overnight from Florida to Indiana 2 days still haven't seen it.

Sent the package out on 3/4. It has been stuck in the same location since 3/11,and the status is still "in transit ".

So much for being on time,been sitting in transit all day. Why pay over night when it's going take a week

I sent two packages two weeks ago to go to a military base. Has been showing that it is in Ohio, after leaving Philadelphia, going to Chicago, back to Ohio and still waiting. Troops waiting for packages from home. You have got to be kidding me!!!!

I have had several packages get either lost or sent to the wrong house. I recently ordered something for my child's 9th birthday and I get a notification that it was delivered and handed to the resident yet I never received anything nor saw anyone from usps so I try to send an email they give for anyone who is looking for their mail and after filling out all the crap they ask.. when I tried sending it... it kept saying there was an error and to try later!!

Sent certified mail to government facility on 3/12/24. Was told it would get there by Friday 3/15/24. Didn't arrive until Saturday 3/16/34 when facility was closed. Paying extra for what?? Feel like I got ripped off

Package is indicating in transit and was promised to deliver by today, 03/16/24. Need to know why delivery hasn’t occurred.

Indescribably disappointed! It's now 6 days and my package that was supposed to be delivered on Thurs 3/14 is still enroute with no text updates that I signed up for! I will never send a package through this service again, and I will tell everyone I know not to use it! It's absolutely RIDICULOUS! I will also be going to the PO for a REFUND! I have to give a star rating, but I truly wouldn't give this service 1 star!
