The update information is horrible

What a mess. The parcel left Mt Pleasant Iowa on 3/8 going to Kansas City. It still hasn’t arrived. It’s 3/13/2024. It is only a letter.

Delivery was supposed to be March 7. It is now March 13 and the the package trace shows its in Ohio and I am in Georgia.

I appreciate the safety and security of priority mail. It was delivered really quickly. I mailed it Monday and it was delivered on Wednesday. Perfect timing.

Taking so long for my sister to get her package from me it was supposed to get to her by Monday and she lives in PR.what the hold up???

Worst servive of USPS. Still waiting a week for a priority mail. Dum service. I hate it.

Ridiculous it’s been a week and a half. They say it was a five day delivery and they’re always updating three days behind schedule.

Spent money to send Certified only to have it get LOST!! Ridiculous!! Rates increase, service decreases! Had money in lost package so I'm not happy that I now have to deal with THAT ISSUE as well as my great-granddaughter not getting mk ey fir her 2nd birthday or for Easter!!! Totally unhappy with way mail is handled once it leaves myblocal post office, which if I may say, it fantastic....it is where it has to go to be sent on journey that is horrible! Why we have this system is beyond me.....I'm frustrated and extremely upset with entire situation....

Terrible service I paid $9.80 for priority mail service on a plain standard envelope on 3/6/24 that was supposed to be delivered in 1-3 days. It went from FL to Ga outside Atlanta in one day. It's been sitting at that facility for 6 days now and hasn't moved at all. Mind you now that it less than an hour from where it is to be delivered. The postal service can't tell Jack Sh*t on where it is or what's holding it nothing at all. Real quality service at its finest, I'm so glad I paid almost $10 for such reliable handling. I would have been better putting a lousy stamp on it. I never use them again!! Customer care is worthless

My package has been Departed Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item for 8 days now and has not moved.

I visited the Paris, IL Post Office at 11.39 am on 3/11/24. It was their closing time for lunch but the clerk greeted me with a smile and processed my package graciously. 9500 1209 9493 4071 5396 54 Thank you!
