Why have Priority Mail if you get standard mail before you get the priority mail why pay for priority mail

10 days, so far, to go 175 on I 25. Still not there. Sorry I used usps to ship my medical masks.

Terrible sent out health masks for workers to Reno Nevada from Merlin Oregon and it was delivered to wrong place. At this time it is lost

The sender did not request a signature and yet my package was not delivered and is being held because of the customers request what does that mean other than they didnt feel like climbing my stairs to deliver bc the office was closed. WTH I was home and waiting for it to arrive!

It seemed to be tracking fine then hasn't had any information update in 4 days

My returned packages are always getting shipped late due your lazy staff.

My pkg was supposed to be delivered in 3 days that was on 4/8/20 It is now 4/13 at night and it has not arrived The tracking info online quit after I took it to post office There are no pertinent updates

The process to mail & Track was so EASY & gave me peace of mind to see the Parcel every step of the way. Thank You!!!!! This was time sensitive Important document's for my Unemployment Benefits & Payment.

So upset my package was never delivered as they say it was and I have yet to hear back from them. Awful!!

On April 9th, I paid for priority 2 day shipping on my granddaughter’s birthday gift going to Texas from California, my receipt says could expect it on Saturday. Today is Monday, and the priority mail tracking map shows that the package has traveled 20 miles, in the wrong direction. The tracking tool simply says my package is “moving within the system”. There are no travel or weather issues, to use as an excuse. The post office clerk referred to the higher postage option I paid for as “Priority 2 day Shipping” but after checking the fine print, it has the same exact delivery window as the cheapest postage option 2 to 5 days.... USPS scammed me.

I went to Post office and the package was not there. It was not delivered to my home address either as I was there all day on Friday the 11th. Where is it then???

So much for guaranteed delivery dates! Just checked my tracking number and it's back at post office, stating PER MY REQUEST! THIS IS BULL! Next time will use a reputable carrier!!!

Fastest and cheapest way to send important documents, I have no complaints USPS rules. I don't trust FedEx or UPS and will never use them again.
