Paid for First class certified mail which was supposed to be delivered on 04/10/2020. Teaching the letter indicates it is intransit as of 4/12/20. The letter had to be delivered a distance of less than 3 miles from Port Orange Fl to Daytona Beach Shores Fl. Terrible Service... Un believable..

I copied the wrong zip code on my package and clerk 07 in Galt CA graciouslyhelped me get the correct one so I not have to make a second trip. Thank you.

No information. Should have used UPS. Lesson learned. Unreliable, lied to, very costly.

Never arrives when the post office states always late

The worst service that I ever seen in my life.Their customer service is terrible, they always lose my package. They charged me extra fees to deliver it on time, but they never did deliver my package without me calling them tons of times. I will not regret to give them zero for their service! I sent a package to be delivered 3-5 business days, and it has already been over a month and they still told me to wait for 35 days to investigate what happened to my items and this is not their first time.

Very reliable. Fast service. Love you guys

Tracking shows that my order has been in Detroit for 7 days. This is a medical order and I need it now.

They don't know how to read the city/state names on the packages. So they just drive around with your packages for 9 days in a town 250 miles away from you.

Sent it 3 day mail on the 6th of april. Still not there on the 13th. Should have sent it UPS or Fedex.

So much for two day shipping. 6 days later still not delivered.
