My package was received in Algonac MI on March 30. It is still waiting to be accepted. Can’t talk to anyone. Very frustrated!

It took me multiple tries (6) to get the tracking to work including the text messaging. Multiple times it told me the tracking number didn't exist. Used copy and paste feature every time and try #6 it finally told me it had been sent out on delivery YESTERDAY, but did not say it was delivered. After 45 min still have not heard back from the text messaging attempts. Horrible tracking!!! My package was sent priority 2 day and was mailed on Thurs morning and it is now Sun might at 11:04 pm. I should be able to see that the pkg was delivered YESTERDAY, instead I can only see it was sent out to be delivered. Horrible!

Priority mail package not delivered within 3 weeks, very frustrating.

Never have had a problem with Priority Mail in the past. However, I mailed an Easter package around 8:30 a.m. from Knoxville to Nashville (~180 miles) for ~ $40 on April 9th and it still has not arrived. I could have sent it regular mail for a lot less & still expected it to arrive by Monday, April 13th

I pay extra to send a package in 2 days. The package sits in one place for 4 days. Don't get it. Maybe it will arrive tomorrow, albeit 7 days later. Disappointing.

Uhm.. hasn’t moved from the regional office since April 8...it’s April 12. How much time does it need to get transported to a vehicle ??

Mailed package in CT on April 3rd; receipt said estimated date of arrival in PA was April 8th, however on April 12th it was tracked in Memphis TN????

No one delivers mail better than the USPS I am a regular customer for the last 43 years and counting

I mailed a box that weighed 8 lbs,to TX. Post Office charges me $ 59.00 to be in TX Friday,I was told for $49.00 it would be there Monday after Easter.I paid $49.00 box was delivered on Saturday,this was an absolute highway robbery,I've mailed packages to APO in Afghanistan that weighed way way more than 8 lbs and I never paid $49.00.Way to go USPS take advantage in this time of crisis...SMDH

Very disappointing!! Paid $28 to ship from northwest Ohio to Columbus Ohio, and it more than 6 days! Would have given less stars if possible. The box was for my children for Easter, the package was sent on the Monday before Easter. As of Easter Sunday it still was not received. So disappointed and frustrated. The package was sent Priority Mail.

I was impressed at how the USPS adapted to the covid-19 safety guidelines. Keep the smile in your eyes. You rock!

Paid for priority 2 day and as of today the package has not arrived. Never again will I ship by the post office

Paid extra to get package delivered on saturday and it is in kansas city kansas distribution center on sunday.
