My packages keep getting misdelivered, and when they are not misdelivered the show they show as they were, but were not. Now Im tecording everything to collect evidence against my Mail carrier.

Really bad with communication

I sent oranges, they are sitting on front porch in Monticello, Mn. Do you know how cold it is there. Stamped perishable.

I'm never disappointed on delivery of anything I'm waiting on. Or anything I've sent. Always have had a great experience

Today is 1/13/20 the tracking # 9505-5121-5817-0006-2530-18 has not been updated since 1/7. This is not acceptable. Why is this tracking number provided if it is not updated daily?

I have complained about my packages being delivered to my residence and not delivered. I call customer service and they tell me it was delivered to my door. I go to my video and it shows ups stopping up the street from my house but not at my home. Your customer service telephone line to China is a waste of my time. Several packages this week have been delivered to random neighbors and yet I have no way if connecting with the route supervisor to bring this issue to his attention. UPS DELIVERY IS POOR AT BEST! My house number is clearly marked on my house, the curb and a light up numeric display. There is no excuse for this shabby service that is not serving my needs at all. Get a real English speaking United States based customer service who actually can do something. Why is there no way to speak to anyone at the corporate offices? Push numbers and leave messages. POOR SERVICE INDEED!!!!

Packages are always delivered as tracking information!!!

Never once have had a problem with the delivery. I know sometimes, if a package is late, its because of inclement weather and such.

Works well if all goes according to initial plan. Once delayed this is useless.

Needed date a certified letter was delivered, where delivered, and who signed for it but carrier at Mescaline Is PO did not do his diligent job and secure a written and printed signature or date delivered so your web site has no record of date delivered and without a printed name and signature being illegible we have no proof to take to court!!!!!!!! I need proof of where, who, and when letter was delivered to and you need to provide me with the services I paid for!!!!!

This is a very important letter and i cant find out anything about it....I was guaranteed Monday delivery and i am very disappointed in the lack of communication...
