I've have multiple missing packages through usps.

On a 3 day delivery it has taken over 7 days and still not delivered to it's destination

Always get great service from our local postal service and mail delivery.

I have always received excellent service at the local post office. It is my preferred method of sending any mail or parcel.

Package status stated "delivery attempted. No access to delivery location." We have never had any issues with packages being delivered. Not very pleased with this service.

There was a very important package coming to me from Kingsville Texas coming from my sister she paid a very big price to have this package shipped in three days I called about the package and they told me they didn't guarantee three days than why did they take her money for a three day .when I called post office they told me it would be here by the 12th well that's today and no package.

How does the mailman get into my building monday through friday but can't get in on Sunday when I am expecting my amazon package? THE BUILDING IS STILL LOCKED MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY!!!

I have always received my mail in a timely manner. I am of the opinion that the United States Postal Service is the BEST in the entire WORLD!

Horrible service. Package that it was to be delivered in 6- 8 days , we are going on the 12th day and no delivery.

I'm so sick of sending packages through the mail and they are never on time. sent package out on 30th of December was supposed to be there on the 6th and it's still not there. when you ask for text updates that doesn't work either, but they want to keep raising the rates they charge you. what a bunch of s***. I am so disgusted cause you don't know if it's lost or stolen.

I like being able to track a package I mail, but it would be nice if you guys could provide more information about its travel.

I was at home working upstairs when the package arrived on Friday. The postman did not get my attention so I did not come down from upstairs so he took the package back with him to wherever. I called and spoke to someone in your delivery an outfit a lady and she told me that the package would be delivered a second time on Saturday Saturday I was watching out the window when the postman came dropped off some letters in the post box but did not deliver my package did not get out of his car did not come to the house he did not do any of those things so my packages somewhere I'm not exactly sure. This package is a very important package that is necessary for me. Therefore I am not a happy camper since I don't have my package and cannot function in a normal way I would appreciate the post office delivering my package ASAP Monday morning would be preferable.
