Tracking service is great ! That being said! Package has not yet been delivered ! Delivery time changed three times with final being 8 pm! An hour after that, information changed ! To out for delivery !! It’s 36 hours after that now with no change. Never pay for expidated delivery when it involves the the USPO!

4 days since the last time it was updated. On route to the next facility 4 days away from Florida to Ohio? Really? No word? What are you hiding?

Tracking is fast and the ability to see where you package is helps you to estimate possible arrival of pkg items.

Your Priority Mail option is not efficient in the least. Two times out of three I have shipped the same sized box from and to the same location and they did not get there in time. When someone pays extra to ship something using one of your priority services, it's generally because they need for it to get to its destination by a certain time. In my case I shipped perishable food items to my 81 yr old mother. I freeze the food and then use 5lbs of dry ice. Two times now it hasn't gotten there. And of course the up $50 insurance will do nothing. The purchase of the food and preparation well exceeds that. Btw I did use your preprinted box. Why it's not getting there in time is something you're doing wrong. I have wasted so much time and money on just trying to get food to my mom using the services of an ineffective, unreliable delivery system. 33% reliable is not good. .
