A package was sent to me in Texas from a friend in TN. My package is now in Washington? 2 weeks and it is still not here.

I paid $16 for 2 day delivery and mailed it on 11/21/19 and uts still Not delivered. I want my money back. Shoukd gave been dekivered yesterday? Where us my pkg. usps.

I hate a professional to lie. Customers are giving track numbers for a reason to track their package I was tracking my package while I'm sitting here and you tell me you tried to deliver it while I'm looking at my front door. That delivery drivers sucks!

I don’t know why I haven’t receive my package. Package was supposed to be delivered but went somewhere else!

Terrible shipping carrier the government need's to overhaul usps.

Package was supposed to be here yesterday now I have to wait until Monday

I don't know if updates are accurate any more.I can't rely on the postal service to get to destination on time because of these updates.

Gives very little information and no easy option to request automatic updates.

Not helpful. No update for 3 days still showing arrived in Ca post office, but never left or arrived anywhere else.

Very slow. Needed letter to arrive on a Fri business. Couldn't make that happen to destination 2 hrs away

Having trouble with a mail carrier on the south side of town from the wall town office who refuses to deliver the mail correctly not delivering the mail is a federal offense and I am about to file charges

According to the tracking, the package hasn't moved in 8 days. I will never use usps again. I will use UPS or FedEx from now on
