Never accurate or correct information

Always easy tk track and know exactly where my package is. Only once in over 15 yrs did they have to refund me the cost of a next day that did t make it on time. That's impressive!!

I've always been satisfied with the service and prices of the post office

I am a retired Postal Manager with numerous issues with deliveries to the Miami area. This is the third issue with critical documents mailed Express Mail with guaranteed delivery Monday, November 18, 2019 by 15:00. Mail piece arrived at the Miami Distribution Center at 01:44 Monday, November 18, 2018. Delivery has not taken place to date.

I wish everyone would use UPS. Every time FRDEX & USPS get ahold of my package delivery’s are an adventure

Excellent service at Atlanta's Cumberland Mall location!

Looks like my package entered LA on October 4th. Where did it go? This is November 18th and I have received no package

Doesn't keep it updated last update was almost 12 hours ago you think if it's left a destination it would let me know

My delivery date was changed and the date I’m supposed to receive it, it’s in New Jersey and I live in GA and it’s been 9 days and still no package

Delivery not on time and no information about expected delivery date except the past due date. Please update the information on shipments. I have no idea where my package is or when to expect it to be delivered.

This site is very easy to track your packages. I was excited to see that you can track from UPS, FEDEX & many more delivery companies. I also found information on best China websites for shopping. I thought it was insightful.
