Great mobile interface and easy to use

You guys didn’t give me anymore knowledge about my package than the Chinese did...and you guys have had it since the 9th of this month

Paid $7.00 for certified mail - delivered 11 days later...

Why you ask for a review when 85% think your service sucks including me. Won't be using it again. Update your employees

The package was sent one state away by priority mail. It got shipped 1/2 way across the country and is now late. Unbelievable!

Paid a lot of money not to be moving

I ordered a ring from Australia and it is still in new York In customs. It has been there since September 12. Will I ever get my order or is it gone? I can't get anyone to help me or get any answers.

Paid for 2 day delivery on Nov. 7th, 2019 as of the 21st still have not received package

Tracking info SUCKS!!! I have had a package in Chicago since Friday no updates I live in Iowa it is now Thursday still no updates and no package.....

We have a tricky situation. I live at 1207 ADAMS COURT, and there is a 1297 ADAMS ROAD. My regular delivery man Alex during the day is great, but the special deliveries and new people ALWAYS deliver to the wrong addresses. I have a sign on the door, have gone to the Distribution Center, Post Master but.... The occupants at 1207 Adams Road do call and visa-versa. The majority of the time we go and get the package when we are notified via our phones. With all the "pourch stealing" I'm afraid we are going to get arrested. To be fair, it is also UPS, FedEx, and smaller delivery companies. I have also sent the same messages. P S. I loathe Chinese shopping. Quality awful, sizes always wrong, and forget about returning because the postage is outrageous. Thank you Dolores Koppe Waldorf, Md

Don't answer phone calls. My package has been waiting for a delivery scan since Monday yet I get an expected delivery every day?? Can't imagine a delivery stamp would take a week???

Great and fast service

My prescription was sent to me on 11/4/19. Today is 11/21. By checking my tracking number I learned the package has been sent to 17 stations in 4 states. I gave you no stars originally and I wish there were a negative star available. Since this cannot be forwarded without a star, I am reluctantly giving you one.
