My package just setting in Seattle for 2 days. Theres no reason for this

Easy to use

Went to the Vassar location on Saturday in Reno, NV. Went in expecting a little bit of a wait but Ruthann had me in and out in under 3 minutes. Great location and even better service!

Priority mail delivery said in 3days from Washington to Texas but 4day past still in transit??

Horrible can’t delivery on time Says that they are holding a package and closed on the next day

Had the original delivery person so much as TOUCHED my front door, my FIVE dogs would’ve reacted and I would NOT have missed the delivery of my husband’s DEATH CERTIFICATES. In spite of the delivery person NOT doing a proper job, the very next day, I went to the address to collect the undelivered death certificates....only to be told by the woman working at 1000 N Alafaya Trail, Orlando, FL that she couldn’t FIND the package. I don’t think I’m alone in saying that the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE should do SOMETHING to improve the services that we PAY to be done. Now what’s this grieving widow supposed to do with NO death certificates and no way to know what happened to the “Large Envelope”?????????????

Tracking not updated regularly

Mailed a letter 2 day just to go to the next town over and it took from Tuesday to Saturday to get it to them which was late. Post office said when we checked on it they dont guarantee delivery. What??? The payment went from Augusta to Atlanta and back here. That's crazy!!
