This is complete garbage, no wonder amazon is so much better....GARBAGE

USPS this is the 3rd package you have lost of mine!

I paid for 2-day priority they didn't deliver it on time they sent it back and said it was insufficient address I've checked with the person I mailed it to the address is sufficient correct address I don't even think they tried to deliver it it was apartment complex the apartment number was on it they're sending the package back to me I paid for 2-day priority and it's been a week and is coming back to me! bad bad business

I always have to pick up my own packages even if I take off work to wait on them they are never delivered to my door why charge full price for shipping when I have to do you work for you

I've been getting the same message for days...in transit. In transit, but where? The agent on the phone was pleasant. Tried to be helpful but he was reading what I already knew from my tracking on my cell phone.

No scans to update status in over 36 hours??? That's not tracking!!!

There are not enough updates for the items in the tracking system. Updating it once a day us NOT ADEQUATE and NOT ACCEPTABLE

Poor service, to many delays while in transit

Why hasn't my package updated. It's been two days and it still says left the distribution center in my local area. And it's suppose to arrive to friends house 1500 miles away tomorrow morning. What is going on

They are awesome, quicker than UPS, Fed Xs, inline with Amazon
