I put a envelope in a priority mail envelope on 10/29/2019 to send from Minnesota to Florida, paid $7.35 , was printed on receipt (expected delivery date Friday 11/1/2019), as of 11/14/ 2019 it has NOT been delivered. I have called repeatedly and am told sorry we don’t know where it is.
