They specified that it would be there on time bu it was not!!! Plus, I specified all tracking updates, but thy were slow to none...

Service really bad. Last 2 boxes mailed to NC took 11 days to get there! First box late for a birthday. Both deliveries went by way of Illinois according to tracking.

For the price of shipping packages, the service should be much better. I paid $19.95 for 2-day shipping on a package in a priority mail box shipped from Riverdale, MD going to Mesa, AZ but has yet to arrive. Package was shipped early morning on 11/5/2019 & due to arrive in AZ on 11/7/19. Discovered through tracking that package is at Mesa P.O. It won't reach recipient now until 11/12/19 because 11/11/19 is Veterans Day holiday. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! Why pay for services you don't receive in a timely manner as they promise? This is the 3rd delayed package delivery experience I have had with USPS. Won't use USPS again, service is not reliable; will now use UPS at local Parcel Plus store location.

Mailed box to Pennsylvania on oct 23. From Alabama. It's not there yet!!

Mail person leaves mail box open most of the time, and when I have a package that needs to be delivered, they say there is no entry to my house when clearly there is, and on the day in question 10/23/19, my husband met the mail person at the end of the driveway, the package was not mentioned nor did the driver try to deliver it to my husband, there was no attempt to go in my driveway on the day in question.Nor has my driveway ever been blocked, to where it has been impassable at any time.

Paid for priority shipping for 3 day delivery going on day 6 package still hasn't arrived at its destination I am very disappointed with the service
