The worst service ever! Mailman doesn’t deliver package, to lazy to go up to the door, then notes it was undeliverable!

Postal service is the worst!

Carrier stole envelope then stated envelope was delivered.

USPS service is helpful, friendly, and upbeat always.

The weight of USPS shipping boxes are high enough to add to the shipping fee. On November 5, 2019, I mailed a small laptop weughen about a pound and a half in the city of Douala, Cameroon. The shipping fee came out to be $77. The item inside did not weigh enough to have a fee that high. The weigh of the box used by USPS did add a few pound to the overall weigh of the shipping. Smaller boxes should be provided for smaller items.

I was told I would receive my package no later than the 24th of the month it is now the 28th and nothing in sight. Even the post office doesn’t know where my packages so what is the point of having a tracking service. Very very disappointed would not use it again

Don't order online very often but pay like 13 dollars for Amazon Prime and the last two orders have when in the wrong direction when shipped very stressful when your expecting something Fri and it gets sent 2 states away

Item was left in mailbox without a signature. People steal things out of mailboxes. Not acceptable.
