My packages never arrive in time. It was supposed to be there by Monday November 4. It isn’t the first time it has taken 4 plus days and post office doesn’t refund shipping costs anymore. Very upsetting..at least USPS didn’t loose my package..

USPS service is the ABSOLUTE worst!!! I submitted a case on November 1 for my package that I haven't received, and got an automatic response the I would be contacted within 1 business day, and here I am still waiting without be contacted about my package. I DO NOT recommend anyone using USPS. I wish there was a zero rating that I could give!

You keep telling me that you either don't know anything,my number is incorrect or it hasn't been shipped yet ,etc when I am supposed to get it today! Terrible.
