What a joke my package has been at the Jamaica NYC distribution center for 4 days now. Called customer service was told they didn't know where it was.

Horrible horrible horrible Post Office, I am here in Atlanta. I paid for a package on 6/10/24 was supposed to be delivered six 6/12/24 and still have not been delivered.

wasn’t next day delivery and they lost my package.

If USPS simple tracking of package less then 2 months ago was very easy why did USPS CHANGE THEIR TRACKING SYSTEM? If it was not broke then there is no need to fix it. Worked perfectly for year but not any more. Now they want you to make an account. Also when you click on "Track your package" pop-up items appear to buy tires or fuel. If I could I would rate USPS right now with a big "0". Practice the MOST COMMON VERBAGE WHEN SOMETHING IS CHANGE AND DOES NOT NEED TI BE CHANGE...THE VERBAGE IS "KEEP IT SIMPLE STUPID".

I shipped two packages priority Mail on thursday...it was to go out on the 2pm truck. They were going one state away to the same address- due to arrive Saturday (the entire point of shipping priority). One pkg got there Friday afternoon and the other pkg (FATHERS DAY GIFT) finally arrived on Monday. Not impressed.

Terrible, I paid extra to have letter delivered next day on 6/13/24. Should have been delivered on or before 6pm on 6/14/24. It just got there today at 13:30pm. I should be refunded.

Sent a letter with signature of recipient required on March 23. Looks like it went from Merrick to bham, Al. Was delivered on April 20th. Card was returned to me without a signature. I won’t use the Merrick post office again. They did give me a refund but it wasn’t for what I paid

Disappointed! Expected delivery not met.

If I could give an 0 I would. Every certified mail sent to me takes 5-10 days to get to me and I’m only 10 miles away from the sender. A couple of times the carrier did not even try to deliver. No notice in my mailbox. I’ve had to go to the post office , show a copy of the tracking number and my letter it’s sitting in the post office. It never use to be this way. No wonder Fed-Ex and UPS are being used by more. You can count on them.

Terrible customer service, package sent 0n 6/11/24 from Ossining, NY still have received in Lauderhill, FL unbelievable!!!

I send a mail from Knoxville TN. It was to be delivered Friday the 14th .. the delivery keeps changing. It’s stack somewhere in Richmond from the 12/5 when arrived no movement no nothing . Very poor service

They said it would be delivered Saturday morning but got a text saying now Monday around 9 pm. Dont say it if its not so.

Paid for overnight delivery on 14 Jun 24, 9am. It is now 16 Jun, 6pm and package still hasn't been delivered. Very dissatisfied.
