I feel each and every customer who commented with a 1-star rating. If there was a 0, that's where my service checkmark would be. Date Shipped: 5/28/24 Sender to Me: 2-3 business days Delivery Date: ??/??/???? No information via online tracking other than In Transit to Next Facility (as of today, my small package has been thru 11 states, with no explanation. It's been so long (going on 3wks) that I'm treating it like a Christmas gift; I'll be ecstatic when or if it ever shows up. And WTH is USPS doing with our comments? Using them for toilet paper? Come on already...this is a huge problem, and i would hope it gets addressed in the very near future. Unbelievable, really.

I have a shipment from Western DC, sent to Bangladesh on 12 June 2024 but still not received.

I paid extra money to have my check overnight at Thursday from Philadelphia to arrive at 6 PM Friday at my house and I never showed up.What's the point of time for overnight if it's not going to be here

Every time a package shows delayed in transit, it is usps. I would be less concerned if I didn't know that usps is the carrier of last resort. It's not a "business", it's a government service! Clean out dejoy and his cronues, who are trying to ruin it, so his and other private carriers can jack up mail rates?

Terrible service !! That package should be delivered to my home, and we had to pick it up. They said because the package was oversized, but the truth is that the package could be carried without problems.

I mail Priority mail ALL the time for the ease of tracking. Mailed PRIORITY mail from Sykesville Post Office, 05/22/2024, Finally arrived AFTER MULTIPLE Contact with Postal Service, June 6 2024. Went from Sykesville Maryland to Pasadena MD by way of Virginia. First Contact, several days later LOST file insurance claim. USELESS for Original Documents contained. Then filed Lost Mail as instructed. Several Days after that, found in Virginia Distribution Center. Go Figure. Of all my Priority Mail, this one was the most important to arrive on time, Murphy's Law is alive & well.

I've been tracking my package. It's been sitting in Oklahoma city Post Office for 2 days. 1st class is not suppose to just sit around .
