Evelyn(think that was her name) was one of the most pleasant people I have met! She was happy and provided excellent customer service.

Mailed out books 2 weeks ago & they still haven't been delivered. And they haven't been returned. Either do your job that you get paid to do or give it up. No sense in taking 2 weeks to deliver books

Eureka! The priority envelope I mailed on 24 May was delivered today, only 3 weeks of priority without one intermediate point of tracking. It continually indicated at origination post office. Yes, this system works. Post Office unconcerned and offered no refund in addition to the stop pay check fee I incurred. To complete the story, I mailed two envelops via regular mail from two different post offices on the same day going to the address of the priority mail. Both arrived on the same day, just 3 days later. Why my big concern? The priority envelope held a check for $50,000 for investment. No more priority for me.

I'm very disappointed with this very poor service. I mailed a letter back on May 10th and it still hasn't arrived to its destination. Are we still using the "Pony Express". Why is it taking more than a month to deliver a simple letter. Very poor service. I strongly DO NOT recommend.

I have a very serious problem! The package arrived ,but the contents were not in the package when it arrived to the one I was sending it to, the contents were sten out of the package , somewhere before it got to the person I was sending it to!! I am so mad & so is the sister I was sending it to!! It was stolen,the cash ,that I was sending to her,to help her out desperately!! I do not trust the postal service @ all now! I need to find out where the cash went & who stole it?? Please help me find it ,to the USPS! Thank you, I would appreciate it so much!!

The VA in Palo Alto sent much needed medication to Aptos only 40 miles from my house. I’m 100% disabled veteran. The tracking number showed it went to San Francisco, San Jose, Boise, Idaho, Reno, Nevada, Sacramento and currently back in San Jose. Unfortunately, I must drive to Palo Alto to pick up a second refill I have not received parcel. I’ve been out of medication for two days.

I have sent a package on Priority on 06/05/24 and was told package will be delivered 06/07/24, today 06/14/24 package still in transit, what a service

Been waiting 3weeks it's been saying awaiting package now it say package accepted but it still in same place what is going on with your service

This is nothing new with USPS they never deliver packages or mail on time. And when you report problems nothing is done about it.

The worst experience Never Again

The clerk at the front desk, Jada, was extremely pleasant and very helpful! She took care of my needs with Certified Mail with ease. A very good experience!

I have not received my parcel. Tracking informs me that the package has been delivered, but I have not received it.

If I was supposed to get it on the 10th of June this is ridiculous next time I will tell my father if he had to send anything to me use FedEx cause the post of is not reliable at all and never will be

Still waiting, usps pitiful. Quit making excuses for poor management. If I ran my business like the usps I'd be out of business. Fed ex, ups, and amazon seem to be able to get packages to me on time. I hope in the future the company's I deal with quit using USPS. THERES BETTER WAYS TO SHIP
