The employees at this Post Office are consistantly amazing, fun, focused, excellent, helpful, informative, industrious, compassionate, busy, and good natured, whilst dealing the various personalities of the Public. Most of the time the Public is fine, but we all know there are some unique special individuals that make their own lives harder and make things temporarily difficult for others. This Post Office does an amazing job of caring for everyone. Keep up the great work! (OK, now can I have free stamps? LOL ??kidding) Best regards! Eric B

my package was delivered today am very pleased with the results of my results.

Terrible, terrible service I have sent a document by what was called Express Mail. I paid an extra almost $30 to have next day delivery and was told it would take two days. That was okay however we are now on the third day and it hasn't been delivered yet. Pathetic. I'll use FedEx from now on for anything that needs to be delivered quickly and reliably.

Does anyone actually read these reviews? Or are we venting on deaf ears? My package been in transit for 74 days !!!! I keep making reports & nothing ! You call and they are even more useless ! They tell you to be patient ! How much more time does it take to receive a package !!?? USPS we’re her in the USA not the middle of nowhere we’re you need a horse and buggy to get your mail ! And I bet if it was the pony express would be quicker delivering the mail ! It’s shameful that with today’s technology they can’t even deliver packages not to mention the outrageous fees paid for nothing !!

Prompt delivery service, just wish I was kept on the loop for tracking purposes, that’s the only reason for 4 stars. Otherwise great service.

Rick at the post office on Clarkdale in Norwalk California was excellent yesterday when I shipped a book to a friend. He made the transaction easy he double checked everything and I'm very happy with his level of service.

I sent an envelope of personal information to renew my passport certified mail. The package was to reach the destination January 14th. I sent it January 10th. I tried to track it everyday. On January 20th it was still in route according to the tracking. I called to check where it might be and they filed some kind of document to locate it. I am to hear back in 2 or 3 days. On the 20th I had checked my online checking and seen the check that was in it was cashed. Now II am not certain if it made it to where it was sent and was cashed there or was it lost and was cashed elsewhere.

US postal has the worst delivery service and unprofessional employees
