I've been waiting and tracking my package since the 5th of November and still it's not reflecting on the system. What's worse you call their offices and they don't pick up you hold and wait for over 15mins and still no answer. You guys seriously need to be available to your customers

  • Terrible service. My parcel is temperature sensitive, it's been 'out for delivery' since Tuesday. Don't even know if it will be usable when I receive it
