Worst service ever!

I'm trying to track whether the parcel had reach it's destination, When I'm calling the person(receiver) he tells me that he hasn't receive it, but the app shows me that the parcel was delivered yesterday(Wednesday 07/06/2023) at 10 am, so I'm I don't know what's happening. May I have clarity on that regard please.

I'm still waiting for my parcel sent on the 2nd June from Durban. When I Track it Aramex response is that it was delivered to House of boxes somewhere in Boksburg! What is it doing there because it is supposed to go to postnet Actually my rating is 0 zero

Parcel arrived a week late. Seal of the box opened on the side. One item broken. Disappointed customer.

tracking ones parcel with polokwane aramex office is a nightmare some of staff members are arrogant not to mention your being on the phone without respons for decades

Never ever had any problems with aramex sending or delivery of parcels. They are the best
