Absolutely useless. Parcel handed in 1st June, to date not registered on system and cannot be found?staff dont call back and you are left in the dark. Who is going to replace my lost goods?

Cancelled all my place to when I received the email saying my parcel is out on delivery the next thing no parcel delivered.I don’t know why SHEIN didn’t give Buffalo my parcel

My package arrived on time , and whenever I called they were very helpful. Will definitely make use of ARAMEX again ❤️

It's bad still waiting for my parcel from last week Tuesday.....so this is not a 24/72 hrs service it takes days .

If whomever own Aramex doesn't like the company anymore they must shut it down. This company can't get what they are supposed to do done, the slowest and most disorganized logistics company. The only thing they get right is taking your money. I'm very disappointed, still waiting for my parcel and nobody follows up on my parcel when I query.

I was scared when i saw the reviews of bad services. Luckily i got my parcel on time.

Very unsatisfied with the service of delivery and agents at the offices. Been waiting for parcel send from Sandton to CBD that can be an overnight thing. Now a week late. Aramex has lost it from me, my friends and family. Being told the delivery guy ran out of time and they don't know how the delivery schedule goes took me aback. Why doesn't he pick up from where he left day before...you guys really lost it.

I was supposed to receive my package today and I haven't. It's been a hole day and nothing has reached my door step

My tracking details was last updated 26.05.2023... they said I should contact them if I haven't received my package by 29.05.2023..till today im still waiting.....

Rate them at 0.1.Takes forever,if you lucky to get it at all..

Call centre was so efficient when dealing with my query.
