Takes time to arrive and staff on tracking not so helpful

Track my parcel but did received it yet

The WORST courier company that i have ever dealt with. They never have the courtesy to honour their undertaking they make to a client to report back with feedback. An overnight parcel took 7 days to deliver! Documents for a deal worth hundreds of millions, putting the project at risk! i will NEVER recommend Aramex to anyone that wants convenience, safety and reliability

I could just cry my parcel with valuable documents is still in East London whereas it was sent a week ago to mthatha and people are suffering enormous prejudice

Always delivers at the estimated time - I’ve never had any issues with the services etc

Worse experience ever. The courier guy told me that he doesn't deliver where I am. I should send someone to town to pick up my parcel whilst I paid for door to door delivery.

My parcel shows that it has been delivered to Kimberly instead of North West, in Mafikeng.

It was very easy to track my parcel
