ridiculous service...i recieved a parcel i orderd 3 days ago very quick with the**** couriers. I should have just used it...even if its a matter of life and death...never ever courier ur meds with Aramex...please improve your services

I really don't understand what is happening with my parcel on Friday I was called to be told that my parcel was damaged and I said it must be delivered as it is then I was told I must expect it on Monday then I waited Monday nothing came and yesterday I called them back I was told the same thing my parcel was damaged and it remained at your depo and asked I asked my parcel to be delivered as it is till now nothing and I called again today I was told to until my Airtime got finished more than 15 minutes on the phone like really is the service we should be getting?
