Sent my parcel from Capetown to Durban on the 10 May and it hasn't arrived on the 23 that basically means I takes more than 2 weeks where as you it takes 24 hours. Your service is bad and I was using it for the first and the last time

I'm very disappointed with your service, I've lost a lot of money I have to extend my stay in Gqeberha because you don't deliver my vehicle spare keys that could've took only a day should I have asked my girlfriend to send it through taxis

I am actually frustrated by the bad service I am receiving. You are not honest at all, your tracking system ain't helping because is never up to date. A parcel that was meant to be delivered in 3-5 working days is not here after 9 working days. If you appreciate your customers do something with your services or systems.

I have never been so clueless about something that belongs to me so frustrated that my parcel details are not reflecting on the tracking app still showing china information.. expected day of delivery keeps changing aarg!!
