Bad compared to Buffalo and Imile - parcel from Shein.

This is a bad courier company still waiting for my order and they're communication is bad.

Good service pick up from Cape Town to Vaal just 3 days Excellent

Worst courier company... they should be shut down.

Aramex is worse, was supposed to get my parcel on the 8th June, it arrived at sandton on the 3rd , even today they still tell me that the parcel is not yet scanned at the airport, and they can be able to update on their system my question is if the parcel was in sandton , how did it end in OR Tambo.

I wished I saw all these comments...worse service ever...now I am worried....They don't care...very poor service..very arrogant...please guys....don't use Aramex again...you will cry like me

I would give them zero if I could. Parcel late - no idea where it is and on question I was referred to a site where I had to pay someone to get “expert” information on where my parcel is. How ridiculous. Aramex is so bad they should be shut down!.

Honestly if there was a minus 10 rating I would have chose that. The communication sucks and the delivery time is pathetic beyond. A month that's how long I had to wait for my package...

Still waiting for my parcel that was sent on the 28th of May. I still haven't received it. I'm not happy with your service

Worst courier company I ever experienced!!!!!!

I received extremely poor service. First, the delivery person intimidated me, claiming he couldn't find my house number while calling the wrong number. He ignored the correct house number listed on the parcel. When I told him my house number has two digits, he insisted it couldn’t be, as all houses in the area have three digits. He threatened to return the parcel if he couldn't find the house. Eventually, he called the correct number and delivered the parcel. When I asked why he called the street number instead of the house number, he dismissed my concern, saying the case was closed since the parcel was delivered. Please train your staff in proper service delivery; this was unacceptable.

Aramex's service is so poor,I've still not received my parcel from 2weeks back,wats going on here?

This is worst courier to use . They lie about shipment whereabouts doesn’t correspond with tracking app and is very slow
