Aramex reviews

Everytime I bought from shein and aramex is the logistics. The parcel delays, customs are always expensive. Bad service and they do not improve. My parcel takes a month with them. They have been like this for about two years.

will not use this service ever again . my parcel was supposed to arrive today but still nothing. poor communication also , the helps are not helping by communicating with me . on WhatsApp they take hours to respond .

I am very dissapoint in your service, reason been, is some of my items wasn't in the packages, I tried to communicate with them, they don't even bother to respond back, and I have been waiting for my items 3 weeks Your services is very poor

Ordered on 2 June till now l've not received my parcel til stuck in transit

From the 7june it says my parcel is in transit till today. No communication for the delay nothing. This is very unprofessional.

Your service is poor you guys are not the people that will support you take your time to respond and you don't care about your customers satisfactions

Last update on Aramex system is for 8th of June. It is now the 12th. The company I bought from has a better update: more recent, not 4 days behind. When you phone in, the staff just tell you what is on their system: and they cannot answer questions beyond that: might as well have a chatbot: an actual human seems to know less. They do not care that their system is delayed. Aramex system is 4 days behind. Not impressed.

Your service is terrible you lie saying you have insufficient address information or no one was at home…worst service provider there is this is your 3rd time doing this to me im very disappointed

Still waiting for my parcel to be delivered to Colesberg . Customer service is non existent.

This is a very delivery company, my parcel was send on the 4th even today I hvnt received it. Instead of helping they are sending me somewhere where I hv to pay again to get help. So i lost my parcel just like that.

I cannot even give them 1 star. Definitely not a 24-hour service anymore. I will never use them again. After more than 24 hours my package only moved 50 km. It is ridiculous.
