I have ordered my package on 4 June and I am still waiting for it to be delivered, no notifications on it, nothing. Very disappointed with ARAMEX. Will not be using thrm again

I ordered from shein and when I tracked it says it’s already at OR Tambo since Monday and 7 days later, nothing has been said . No updates , no mails , no texts , absolutely Nothing.

Even one star is way to much. This is by far the worst courier service. Not even the Post Office can be this bad. My parcel was sent from Durban to Jhb, then back to Durban and then back to Jhb. Agents said it is not true, who is lying, the agents or the map and km travelled provided on the app?
