They must just close this company because they are failing it's like their customer service is very bad ,they don't communicate no updates,they are going to make other companies where we order from loose customers because of their service I won't order again what is this wish it was courier guy one of the best you don't deserve even a star nonsense business

I hate Aramex with my all being.Since 16th May my parcel is out for delivery.You don't deserve any star

I have ordered my package on 4 June and I am still waiting for it to be delivered, no notifications on it, nothing. Very disappointed with ARAMEX. Will not be using thrm again

I ordered from shein and when I tracked it says it’s already at OR Tambo since Monday and 7 days later, nothing has been said . No updates , no mails , no texts , absolutely Nothing.

Even one star is way to much. This is by far the worst courier service. Not even the Post Office can be this bad. My parcel was sent from Durban to Jhb, then back to Durban and then back to Jhb. Agents said it is not true, who is lying, the agents or the map and km travelled provided on the app?

Thanks Aramex parcel has arrived, bit of a wait but got it.

Bad service from Aramex was hopping for a better turn out delivery times but it looks like they are worse than the rest of the courier companies
