Got my parcel on time but was panicking because of the reviews

I'm so disappointed by ARAMEX since last year 28/09/2022 send parcel Steelport pick n pay via Aramex courier to Lydenburg never received until today, I tried calling Aramex several times no one told me the truth about my parcel. ????.What worries me is my clothes cost me more than R3000.00

Aramex service is really disgusting I hate that company.My package has been stuck in customs for a whole 3 months,they also very rude to customers..So annoying

I haven't received my parcel as yet, since it was out for delivery from Johannesburg to Polokwane 3 days ago, but haven't received it. Your service is very poor. Remember you are not doing us a favor because we are paying for this service. The last day to receive my parcel was the 12th of May so it means I'll get it after the said date. Please improve

Most useless courier company. Delivery to be done in 72 hours…. Now more than a week and still waiting for delivery… Please use Courier Guy..They deliver when they say they would. Will never use Aramex ever again… Will also tell everyone not to use them.

I couried my parcel the destination was Mahikeng and they delivered it to Kimberly. I'm lost for words ai. Incompetent Aramex.
