My parcel was dropped at aramex in durban Wednesday but still i cant track it,its not yet registered on the system

I have never seen, heard, read not experience such bad service, I would suggest that your company change its strategy or to make it maybe more effective let your current staff apply for the government grant of R350 and stay at home. Lying is just one thing they good at, saying they called with no answer, sent a parcel to another town, two weeks of calling I even arrived first in that town, whilst I had the phone they were to call and inside the hous they were to deliver, they still lied by saying the is no answer and even wrote a silly note on the parcel that says the house does not look like there are people staying there, let me stop by saying I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH YOU AGAIN!

I rate 0 rate, poor service I got from you. I regret. No more using aremax delivery.

Sometime you get notifications and sometimes you don't get and when you phone it take 15 to 20mins until you get help.

My parcel has been said to be delivered on the 7th of this month till the 11th but there have been no updates about it till today as it is it's last estimated delivered date.

Poor service my parcel was sent 26 april from Durban until today 11 may my parcel is not here?

My order was cleared on Monday at 10am and it was said to be in transit and it is still in transit until now I am really disappointed as I'll be traveling on Fri needed it

So happy this time around.. It arrived before time ??

Its been 3 days now... My parcel not delivered and it urgent

4 parcels was send on the 3rd today the 9th still no delivery for 2 of these(72 hours was expected as its out of the main areas), but 144 hours unexceptable☹️

Appaling service. According to one of the ladies I spoke to at your Stellenbosch office the parcel was placed on the wrong vehicle. Over a month has passed & the matter is unresolved. My six year old grand daughter won't be getting her birthday present from her grandparents on 14 May I'll use the Pep Stores service from now on.

Poor service what matter with you , you said I will receive my parcel on the 1st to 7 May 2023 but I did not receive it until today

You do not deliver our parcel your service is very poor.You terrible at your job just close that company, I am still waiting for my parcel till today !
