Imagine posting a package on8Dec 2022 and the recipient has still not received the parcel in Johannesburg...I honestly dnt know if a person can rate such service yoh

The worst courier service I’ve ever used, not trying this again ever. My order was dispatched on the 27 April till today it’s still on route. Haibo what nonsense is this!

This is supposed to be a 24hour service it's now 4days!! Where's my parcel?

This is one of the worst courier companies that I've ever introduce to...you have to upgrade or retreat and give other companies a chance that want to satified they customers...

Ordered on 30 April till this day I haven't received my parcel and I need it as soon as Wednesday ??

Very poor service I've been waiting for my parcel since last month on the 18till today I haven't received it they don't even call or send you a message to notify you to pay now we paying lot of money for small packages what happened to Buffalo kanti??

Poor service...my parcel was sent on the 15April and now its 7May...still I have'nt reveice anything.....

Useless courier ever ??? where is Buffalo kanti. My percel not moving for month nd now you said invoice that cost R2.094.48 for things that cost R1640 xem on you.

Parcel from Capetown to Upington, Via Kimberley, then Johannesburg then back to the Northern Cape... Ridiculousness!!!! Parcel that should arrive in 2 days, takes nearly 2 weeks!!!! Insanely long route driving through Kimberley twice... Get a branch there or another vehicle from Kimberley to the other towns in the Northern Cape... Goodness... It is thw largest province in the Country and Aramex is taking detours... Will soon be changing courier service for my small business... Even having to pay a few bucks more...

Your service is very poor, my parcel was posted on 26.04.2023 and taken by courier the same day but not yet reached Ixopo☹️

Service is very poor my parcel was sent on 25 April now the date is 05 May still I didn't receive my parcel it's 10 days now,but they said it's 72 hours

My parcel supposed to arrive on the 16 April but it's 4 May .There hasn't been tracking for days . So I don't is this a scam or not

Very poor service...from joburg to joburg it takes 10 days not 72hrs...misleading customers....will never use your services...thank you

Useless courier service you must close this company were is 24 hours to 72 hours mxm. You don't think of people at all some parcels are needed in time but your company doesn't car. Better Pep Store than this useless service.

The first driver who was supposed to deliver my parcel was rude and wanted us to meet at a plaza to give my parcel and when I refuse he returned my parcel back to base... However the second one was very professional and nice my parcel was delivered.. I am satisfied with the service. There is still room for improvement when it comes to the delivery guys
