Parcel from Capetown to Upington, Via Kimberley, then Johannesburg then back to the Northern Cape... Ridiculousness!!!! Parcel that should arrive in 2 days, takes nearly 2 weeks!!!! Insanely long route driving through Kimberley twice... Get a branch there or another vehicle from Kimberley to the other towns in the Northern Cape... Goodness... It is thw largest province in the Country and Aramex is taking detours... Will soon be changing courier service for my small business... Even having to pay a few bucks more...

Useless courier service you must close this company were is 24 hours to 72 hours mxm. You don't think of people at all some parcels are needed in time but your company doesn't car. Better Pep Store than this useless service.

The first driver who was supposed to deliver my parcel was rude and wanted us to meet at a plaza to give my parcel and when I refuse he returned my parcel back to base... However the second one was very professional and nice my parcel was delivered.. I am satisfied with the service. There is still room for improvement when it comes to the delivery guys
