Your service is very very slow, I have been waiting since the 17th till now the estimated date was on the 22nd,Aramex will lose alot of customers

I submitted my parcel last week on the 19/04/2023 at PnP (Mega City), today it's Tuesday the 25/04/2023, the parcel has not reached its destination.

I have sent the parcel on 14th of April at mall of the north but it reached polokwane center on the 19th and not yet reached the receiver now and the receiver is in limpopo still not received the parcel

Very bad. No updates for 2 days. My parcel should have been delivered but i have not even received the amount for import duties to pay. Very bad.
