They do not deliver within the time they said they would deliver. Poor service

Your service is deceiving if I may say. The 24/72 hours really is a myth. I sent my package on Wednesday and it's still in transit to date? WOW Aramex!!!

I have one word for Aramex… PATHETIC!!! Don’t think you’ll even care that there are so many bad reviews about the company… because it doesn’t seem to be improving. Someone needs to shut you’ll down.

I don’t know why my order even went to Aramex, they are useless. I submitted 2 orders with Shein on 2 consecutive days on the 3rd day I had already received my customs invoice from buffalo for my 1st order. Aramex has not even sent me their invoice yet and it’s already a week. This is not the first. The delivery guy from Aramex was so unprofessional and unfriendly as well. He looked so miserable and my package was delayed a week longer than the expected date. I would not give them any stars if I could.

I will never use or recommend you ever again. You do not deserve even 1 star. Worst experience ever!

I sent a parcel on the 11th of April from Paarl to Graaff Reinet. 12 days later and it is still not there yet. It use to take less than 40 hours, now must I wait 40 days?

I am still waiting for my parcel to be delivered after 8 days and many enquiries. Told I will be contacted and still nothing.

Very un happy with your service iff it whas buffalo I would received my parcel in two week time you guys took for ever yo send me the details to pay customs every time you change delivery dates you don't give proper up dates

My parcel is not delivered yet. I call every week or ask on the WhatsApp chat, answer is it’s in transit! Since 12 April!!!!

The Delivery guy was very impatient and left with out communicating that he was on his way OR that he left ... very dissatisfied.
