My parcel that contains medication and supposed to be delivered to JHB has been sitting in EL for 10 days, and every time we call we are told that address has been updated shipping to be done within 24 hrs. Worse part of it today the recipient spoke to a person who identified himself or herself as a branch manager, and promised to sort out the issue, up to now parcel is not registered yet. This is the worst courier ever
