Hard to believe a courier company can be this bad!

Neva have I expected to receive poor service like this..since December 2022 the parcel has not been received..

You took 6 days to pick up my parcel Shipping no: DBP47424590894 That is pathetic! Do you ever look at your ratings? If you do, you are obviously not interested to do something about your poor performance!!

Do not collect store to door at 3 PM as they claim. Parcel was only collected next day. Then got lost since there qas no tracking on it for 2 days. Then claimed it was to be delivered in an outlying area. Sent 3 April...to be delivered 12 April. 3 day delivery? 5 days eventually!

I don't know what to say anymore

If you are awaiting a package with this company make peace with the fact that you're not gonna receive it. Their service is so bad words can't even explain, just plain rubbish 1 star service though even 1 is a lot?

Since 5th of April parcel is out for delivery.poor service
