Aramex reviews

I just received a call today from a lady I assume she is from Aramex because she was talking about my Shein order and I see my order is with Aramex. The lady didn't even introduce herself. She told me she has my order and I have to give her my ID number for her to clear my order. I explained to her that i've buying things from Shein and I never experienced this. I refused with my ID number because I cannot trust a person I don't know with my ID number. She didn't bother explaining anything she just said she will return the shipment and hangup. Is this the service you are offering? I'm so disappointed ?

I don't know what is wrong with you guys I've been waiting for my parcel. I don't know why Shein is always choosing you for my parcels. Why is it not moving from Joburg?

It's been two weeks and I'm still waiting on my parcel. Is the parcel even still with you guys or isit lost?

Your service is pathetic. The parcel posted in Cape Town on the 27 March to East London has not been delivered yet. After sending serveral emails i haven't received any responce

I regret trusting Aramex as they turned out yo be unprofessional and offered below par service. I will never use this this courier service even if I'm offered a free service.
