Actually already enough said about your worst delivery!! From other customs but yes you want more !

Worse courier company ever. You work more like a post office. One can never tell if the parcel will get delivered. A customer has called me names, she even called me a scammer because her parcel was not delivered "overnight" yet you claim to be an overnight delivery courier company. I hope all South Africans stop doing business with you. My business name has been tarnished, all thanks to your incompetency. Even the calls I made were invane because no one gave me any feedback.

Since Monday no response I can't track my parcel online and parcel was picked from the box. I'm confused

I'm not happy you called whiles trying to deliver and when I try to call back your phones I not hung through then you go back with the parcel.

Aramex is the worst delivery service, still haven't got my parcel. ?

I'm disappointed I dropped off the parcel at Hammanskraal Pick n Pay to Graaff-Reinet, Eastern Cape after 3 calls and no search found on the App. The parcel is at Polokwane. The receiver's future depends on that parcel as its needed by department of Education due to incomplete results of the matric certificate.

You really have the worst delivery service ever! I've been waiting for my parcel for a month now. Every day when I phone to do a follow up, your agents all give me different answers. I wouldn't recommend Aramex to anyone.

My parcel deposited in your box last Saturday am. It's still in your depot 3 days later further away from Its destination of Cape Town. I was told on posting in your box it would be delivered by Wednesday 1st Feb. So how come it's not moved in 3 days?

So disappointed with your services. My parcel was posted on the 23rd last week it's 31st its still in East London since Saturday the 28th

I ordered my parcel.on 13th December 2022 it's 29th January 2023, still not received it. Horrible

I used Aramex thinking I will get my package the next day because I need my package urgently.
