We placed order on 4th Dec 2022 its 25 Dec 2023 haven't received my order first they said 11 jan then 23 jan

The service is pathetic. My parcel is stuck in Cape Town from KZN, while it was supposed to be delivered to PRETORIA. I don't even know how did it get there. ?

Excellent service with speedily delivery.

I feel so sad because of the delay of my parcel since December 15th until today they say my parcel is on transit ??

I am more than disappointed!!! I was informed on 22 January that my parcel will be delivered on 23 January. When I enquired about the delivery, a ‘live’ agent informed me he/she will investigate and revert back to me. Three more follow-up enquiries from me were not responded to!!!! I am soooo disappointed!!!

Aramex’s service is pathetic!!! My parcel (tracking no. SOM41066) was scheduled to be delivered on 23 January; it did not arrive!!! I enquired through WhatsApp, I was put into contact with a ‘live’ agent Ishara who undertook to investigate and revert back to me. That was at about 18:00 today 23 Jan. Needless to say Ishara never provided me with feedback. I’ve sent 3 follow up messages asking about feedback; still no feedback. So what is my next step to try get feedback about the delivery???

I'm so disappointed im still looking forward to recieve my parcel since the 11th of january, but when i tried to trek it online its telling me its not registered yet

I sent parcel on 18th in the morning to Limpopo, when I try to trace it says parcel in transit to rustenburg?

I don't know why don't you call when coming or ring the bell at the gate Atleast.... Yesterday when tracking my parcel suddenly says attempted delivery, customer was not available yet I didn't receive any call or see any courier I was home the whole day ??

aramex service is very bad shame i dropped my parcel Tuesday last but its only reached destination yesterday so its took a week to go to Pretoria i should have gone my self moss
