Poor service, parcel not reached me until today, a parcel that was sent on the 30 December 2022, I was suppose to attend an event, I couldn't because I didn't have an outfit, we Pat extra for your services because we don't want to be inconvenienced! I hope and prat that I never utilize Aramex again

Will never use Aramex ever again Hi I had someone waiting for the parcel today but nobody came. Ues the bakkie did come but no attempt was made to deliver the parcel. The driver just sat in the vehicle. He didn't even make an attempt to hoot or call the person of delivery

Bad courier, playful who can't think for themselves, they keep on saying they're struggling to reach the destination. Offer these drivers data to be able to locate address. They are also not honest the whole day struggling to deliver in such an easy place to locate, this ridiculous

Today will be the 5th working day, so my parcel should be cleared of the customs process which started because of less than 1 litre of nonflammable liquid, which was not communicated by yourselves, so this site still shows the delivery date as January 5
