Absolutely rubbish service. They do not notify you on what day to expect your delivery and they do not call on the day of delivery to hear if you are home. I called the customer service department to ask why and the response l got was "that is just how we do things"

I'm very much happy about aramex service I'm receiving my parcels as early as possible i got my shein package yesterday on the 4th of January but the shein delivery estimation was supposed to be on the 17th - 19th of January, so I am very excited about this service, it's a 11/10 for me keep up the good work aramex
