I have not received my parcel since 9th of December till today

Never using this courier again! It's been 7 days now

This is the most useless courier company ever existed, my parcel was sent from Sebokeng to Mahikeng on the 28 December 2022 and even now I'm still waiting 04 January 2023, I think Aramex must stop its operations because they're really incompetent, by right is doesnt deserve any star at all

Lack of communication and poor service delivery.

Delivery support people are rude and system are not updated, my delivery was late after several attempts to update my information on their system.

I'm still waiting for my parcel from last week till today from Ormonde to Thulani Snake Park

What a pathetically run company! Still awaiting a parcel from the USA to South Africa. Posted on 11th November. Disgusted!

Been waiting since the 2nd of December

1st time using this delivery service, and I question whether I will ever receive my item. Parcel was received for shipment on the 20th Dec, has not even moved an inch since..

Pathetic! Package send on 22 dec and still not in north west. Apparently send to wrong depot. I think you are mak8ng exscuses for personell being incompetant. Will never use you again

I was deeply deeply disappointed after a parcel I sent on Thursday 29th December 2022 via postnet overnight service only for the parcel to arrive on the 03rd of January 2023

I think Aramex is the worst courier company ever. I have bèen waiting for my parcel for far too long now. Even if you try to track your parcel, the feedback one gets is not convincing. ☹️
