Worst courier company ever no updates since 28 dec

Parcel collected in PE on the 20 Dec. It is now 3 Jan and nothing yet. Will not use them again

Aramex you must get your house in order

Was notified on 30 December of delivery on the day. I have not received the parcel or any update as yet. If I upload shipment or reference nr, the message is no shipment or invalid nr. This is pathetic. The holidays are now over, can you please get to work and do your job properly?!

Your service is very poor, been waiting since last week.

You sent the package to the wrong destination and I am not sure if you'll ever compensate me for my loss. This is utterly disappointing

ARAMEX used to be the best courier company. I honestly don’t know what happened to them but customer service is basically non existent!!!!! A parcel from Durban North to Umhlanga yet it’s still stuck at their offices for the past 3 days.

My package was 19 Dec until today I haven't receive. When I call they say my tracking number is not yet created. I'm confused

The most kak courier service I ever used wouldn't recommend it to anyone, sent my parcel on the 28th from Cape Town to King Williams town and still hasn't arrived.

Bad service ever. I was waiting for my parcel from Pretoria since last year ??

Honestly the worst service ever... My package was picked up on the 24th of Dec... I still haven't received it... Its the 1st of Jan...this was the first and the last time using this company... A - 1 out of the a scale of 10...

No communication, no follow up, no apologises, no idea,

I have been waiting for my for more than two weeks now. There's no update nothing. Where's it was said I will get it within 7days
