Worst service ever. Not once, nit twice not even three times, 5 times I have used them giving them a chance and all 5 times late receivel of the parcel and customer service is pathetic

Sent my parcel on the 26th from Richard's Bay to Cape Town, it hasn't reached its destination. I'm so disappointed ?

Worst courier company ever. Courier did not even get to me but lie and say I was unavailable when no one even called to notify me they are here to deliver. Emails not answered!!

Great service but very expensive

Worst experience I thought FedEx was worse but this company takes the cake

1st time I used Aramex services was in March 2022, in 1 day the order was delivered. I trusted them and now I sent the parcel on 28 December, hoping it will be delivered by today 30 December, guess what? I haven't received any communication whatsoever and the parcel was supposed to be delivered before 31 December. When I check on the status it has been in Sandton since 28th, TILL NOW. When I call them they told me the parcel will be delivered TODAY and I should expect a call. To be honest, I'll NEVER use them. Pep/Paxi is the best

Iv Been calling all day they said the parcel is out for delivery since morning tmrw is my wedding day I ddnt receive my parcel

Been waiting for my order for two weeks now. I called to complain was told that someone will call even now I'm stil waiting. Service is very poor

After fights and everyday calls and images with aramex agents I received my package after 4 weeks..m grateful though the last agent was a great help as I received my parcel a day after her promise.

I don't know what happened to you guys, for the past 4years, you've been doing well, but this year I'm very disappointed with your service, my parcel was very late

My first order arrived earlier on the 8th, due date was 10-12 December. Still waiting for the second order and it's been in O.R Tambo since the 5th December. Not happy at all.

Terrible failed to inform me they won't work for the rest of the week and we did enquire
