Poor service. why are you still operating? you don't deserve our money. please close your company because you don't know any about customer service. you don't deserve a star. stop giving us false information about "overnight delivery "

Aramex failed me, no Christmas clothes for my sisters. We have been waiting and tracking ever since we placed our order. I had to call to get an update and custom fee while it was 3-4 of waiting..im really disappointed ??

If there was zero rate, you deserve it. The worst cal center agent ever. Parcels are lost and damaged and noone accounts to that.

Worst experience ever. Very incompetent if you ask me. My kids won't have thier Christmas clothes on time thanks to Aramex. They don't even want me to collect my parcel yet I have paid customs. Am disappointed. I know even no what to tell my kids. The excitement is over and above. They keep asking me to track the parcel every hour that passes. I am not owning anyone anything. So I should be allowed to collect if they can't deliver on time. I don't know why Shein used Aramex this time around, usually the used Buffalo and I have never experienced such. They keep you update via email and sms'. If I didn't send the email I wouldn't have know about customs because Shein said shipment is free and I never got any communication with regards to customs. I am not happy at all. You got to do better guys. I hope you will allow me to collect my parcel!

Worst ever!!! I will never use Aramex, parcel still not received after 7 working days, very difficult to contact Aramax in South Africa and whe you do get them on the phone they are not helpful at all. Unreliable :(
