Never again will I use Aramex, poor service

Poor service, a huge inconvenience when you request for their service most irritating stupid service ????imagine Christmas already but am still waiting for my Christmas present from them nxa

Bathong, What's happening with ur service? I've been waiting for my parcel for over 7days now, even when I try to track the parcel there's no change on the location of the parcel, it's has been like that since last week. This is totally unacceptable

Pathetic service, never using Amarex ever, sent parcel on the 15thDec it’s still on route and now it’s the 22nd ?

Its been 4days now and I am still waiting for my parcel, what is going on with aramex

My parcel still not found and closing date for my parcel was on 19/12/2022 while l was drop off to their box on 7/12/2022 l will never ever put my trust on them their service is nonsense.

My parcel has been sitting with Aramex from the 8th of December 2022 & I'm not getting any feedback as to why it's not being delivered to me. When I call, I'm forever being put on hold. Aramex courier services is the worst.

Your service is very poor, my kids are their clothes for Christmas, what are they going to wear on Christmas, I don't know why Shein chose you

This company has the worst service every. I sent my parcel d so since a week before last and still no update on the parcel or anything . And I told them it was an emergency delivery and they assured me that they will take care of it but guess what, no parcel delivered up to date… They must just close their company. Bad service ever! They don’t even deserve a single star

after reading so many negative reviews was afraid not to get my parcel in time but thanx to Aramex team Rustenburg your services are amazing and Aramex help center you are fabulous. exactly 24hrs l had my parcel in hand?

Such bad service im getting from these ppl on this 1 parcel, 3 weeks parcel still on route. This is with in same province???

Communication is very very bad,no calls for updates or anything
