I'm failing to understand why the parcel has not arrived at destination while I send it on the 13th is the 15th which I asked before sending it how long is it going to take and they said 1 day I'm disappointed ?

I was supposed to receive my package on the 21st of December according to site but I got it earlier on the 15th it would've been on the 12th if I did not make a mistake on my cellphone number..even the customer care lady did me well I just can remember her name..so great work guys,customer and delivery guys thank you !!!!

Poor service infact very horrible. I was supposed to receive my parcel on the 12th but today it's 14th still nothing. No phone calls I'm the one who made a call only to be told the lady who deals with Aramex is not in the office. I'm so disappointed because I needed to use that parcel for the long weekend but you just let me down instead.

Ja its shocking to see they can call them a courier service. They are useless and people must stop using them. According to their parsel tracks my parsel is in Durban more then a week and I still waiting for them to deliver it.

Such a bad service I am receiving..My Nike parcel arrive in the country on the 07th Dec and it hasn't been delivered as yet. It was estimated that delivery will be on the 14th, when I Track the parcel it only made it to PLK on the 14th. They don't prioritise customers.

Estimated delivery time 12 to 13 and today its 15 no updates no changes on the tracking up still in transit since 7 December.....Shein really need to do something about this Buffalo is far much better wish we cld report to Shein

That star means nothing to you you fail me with my delivery ? the driver phone 8h30 saying is lost I use my airtime to phone and also send him my location he did not even bother to deliver my staff next I am going straight to shein and collect my staff
